Boot Camp

Boot Camp runs for 8 weeks with a 2 week break. It is an open enrollment format so you may sign up at any time! This class is sure to give you results.  Check out this video of what happens in Bootcamp .

Classes Times

Classes include an 8 week split diet plan, body fat measurements and a strength test at the start and finish. Workouts entail sprints, plyometrics, circuit and weight training, cycling, heavy bag and interval training.
