Les Mills' Strength Development is a series of new resistance training workouts that have been carefully designed to build strength in phases, based on strength and conditioning science. You will leave this program with an increased skill set in developing strength and changing body composition. It is a 12-week program of 45-minute trainings, 2 times per week. It will be offered as a small group training session with a max size of 10 participants. Coached by some of our most seasoned trainers (McKenna Martin, Camille Kent, Nicole McConkie, and Mickenzie Brooks), this small group size will provide individualized attention and coaching to help you find great form and maximize your results. The program also includes nutritional coaching and goal tracking, together with pre- and post-session body fat testing. This is the ultimate opportunity to dial in your health and fitness before the holiday rush begins.  We guarantee you will see and feel the results.  The total cost of the 12-week program is $195, billed at $65/month. The program starts August 28/29 and runs through November 15/16.
