Hyrox is Here!

HYROX, at its roots, is a fitness competition that combines 8km of running and eight functional workout stations. As a training program, it is a workout incorporating strength movements with cardiovascular challenges. It is an excellent way to improve overall fitness and supplement strength training by increasing muscle and cardiovascular endurance. Workouts are between 45-55 minutes.

 

HYROX POWER: As opposed to solely HYROX, HYROX POWER focuses on functional strength training. This class format will include powerlifting movements with Olympic bars and strength conditioning sets. This is a great way to build overall strength and improve muscle power output. Workouts are approximately one hour.

 

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT: This is a 12-week program of 45-minute trainings offered 2 times per week. Our current session will conclude in November, and we will begin another session in January. It is a series of resistance training workouts that have been carefully designed to build strength in phases, based on strength and conditioning science. You will leave this program with an increased skill set in developing strength and changing body composition.

 

What's the TRAINING CENTER pricing structure?

We know that you already have things you love to do at the OAC, and you may not want to completely rock the boat, but still, you know there is no progress without change! That's why we are introducing a new pricing structure starting this month.

 

We will be hosting a FREE WEEK Saturday, September 28th – Saturday, October 5th for members and guests.

 

Beginning October 7th, the new monthly pricing structure allows you to tailor our offering to your needs.

 

1 Class/week: $20/month

2 Classes/week: $40

3 Classes/week: $60

4+ Classes/week (aka. unlimited): $70
