Membership account information for current members including cancellations, add-ons, billing information will be taken care of through the billing office. Email [email protected].

PROSHOP

For inquiries about tennis stringing services or any other pro shop needs, please contact our Pro Shop at 801-479-6500. We are here to assist you with all your tennis gear and equipment requirements. Let us help you enhance your game with professionally strung racquets.

 

LOCKER AREAS 

LOCKER ROOMS

  1. Members use the lockers at their own risk.  We cannot be responsible for items left in locked or unlocked lockers.

  2. The club endeavors to keep the locker room clean and orderly.  Please help us by placing paper, etc. in waste receptacles. Please do not leave wet or sweaty clothes in lockers as they result in unpleasant odors.  

  3. No food is allowed in the locker rooms.

  4.  Lockers may be rented by arrangement with the Front Desk.  When all rental lockers are filled, a waiting list will be established.

  5. Adult-only locker rooms are provided past the Downstairs Fitness room.  Members are encouraged to help enforce adult use only. Children are allowed to use the restrooms if needed for an emergency.  

 

SPECIAL NEEDS LOCKER ROOM/ FAMILY DRESSING AREA 

We understand that there is a need for family members to assist their special needs spouses and  younger children's dressing and bathroom needs .  This is especially hard if your child is not of the same gender as the parents.   We have a special needs dressing room and restroom located across from the personal training offices to help serve you better. Since there is no shower here,  have your  spouse or child shower in the pool area in their suit. Please limit your stay in the dressing area.  A bathroom facility is also available to those individuals who need assistance.  Please refrain from taking your small children (over 4 yrs)  into the locker rooms if they are of the opposite gender.  If you need more information please contact the Front Desk.

 

SHOWERS/ DRESSING AREAS

Hot showers are available. Please keep your showers short to conserve energy and water. There is a no cell phone use policy in the bathrooms. 

 

RENTAL LOCKERS

Pool lockers with combination locks are available for monthly rental. Other pool lockers are for daily use only. Please see Front Desk for details. All articles in the Day-Use Lockers must be removed by closing.  If this is not done, the contents of the locker will be held at the Front Desk for 30 days and then, if unclaimed, will be donated to charity.

 

VALUABLES

OAC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen property. Please do not bring valuable items to the Club. The Club lockers should not be considered tamper-proof, so be cautious about leaving valuables in them. Please bring any suspicious activities to the immediate attention of the staff. Under no circumstances should

members leave valuables in unlocked lockers or in bags left unsupervised.
