Using the natural resistance of water, aqua classes allow you to build muscle and increase cardiovascular fitness without putting extra stress on your joints.
There is something so natural and comforting about being in water, especially water that is clean and set at the perfect temperature. Enjoy some time in the water in our outdoor pool(s), whether it be for swimming laps, soaking up some sun or splashing in the water with your kids. Soak in our Jacuzzi to de-stress from the day and rejuvenate your body after your work out. Water does a body good in more ways than one!
The Club pool is available most of the day for lap swimming. 3 lap lanes are available except when we are teaching water aerobics or aqua bootcamp.
