Aqua Fitness Classes

Using the natural resistance of water, aqua classes allow you to build muscle and increase cardiovascular fitness without putting extra stress on your joints. We offer plenty of open lap swim throughout the day for the avid swimmers along with a variety of aqua aerobics classes for those looking for a more unique pool workout. Don’t forget to finish of your pool time in the Jacuzzi or steam room to relax after your workout!
