Can you believe August is here? Last minute summer vacations are winding down, school starts within weeks, and regular schedules will resume. This makes the perfect time to start up a consistent schedule of exercise and we have the hottest trends to help you get there.

Whether you're a seasoned weight training expert or just getting started, we offer a variety of programs to up your strength training game. Get to know our Strength Training Offerings and find out what's best for you:
Les Mills' Strength Development is a series of new resistance training workouts that have been carefully designed to build strength in phases, based on strength and conditioning science. You will leave this program with an increased skill set in developing strength and changing body composition. It is a 12-week program of 45-minute trainings, 2 times per week. It will be offered as a small group training session with a max size of 10 participants. Coached by some of our most seasoned trainers (McKenna Martin, Camille Kent, Nicole McConkie, and Mickenzie Brooks), this small group size will provide individualized attention and coaching to help you find great form and maximize your results. The program also includes nutritional coaching and goal tracking, together with pre- and post-session body fat testing. This is the ultimate opportunity to dial in your health and fitness before the holiday rush begins. We guarantee you will see and feel the results. The total cost of the 12-week program is $195, billed at $65/month. The program starts August 28/29 and runs through November 15/16.

4300 Strength and Conditioning – If you're interested in a "Cross-Fit" style of workout, this is for you! At 4300' Strength and Conditioning we focus on the fundamentals of movement through various modalities such as weightlifting, high and low intensity workouts, gymnastics, functional movement, and mobility to help increase functional strength and elevate your life to its fullest potential.
With summer quickly coming to an end, and schedules starting to fill up with fall activities, this is the perfect time to come try out 4300 and see what the fuss is all about! The coaches at 4300 are invested and dedicated to each individual's success inside and outside of the gym and welcome ALL fitness levels to their classes. Ladies Who Lift – 4300 SC brings you a workout formatted specifically for women of all experience levels. Ladies Who Lift is a class filled with like-minded women who want to improve their strength, their knowledge in the gym, and overall well-being! LWL will have one more 3-week summer session from July 31 - August 16 and 6-week fall sessions will start back up September 11. Youth Strength and Conditioning – Focused on building foundational strength in young athletes, Youth SC is offered to kids 8-13 year of age who are ready to get healthy, fit, and be prepared to dominate in their chosen sport or life in general. Each workout will feature functional strength training and technique, as well as agility and cardio conditioning. Get prepared for a workout so fun it feels like a game! 4300 Strength & Conditioning's first 6-week fall sessions start the week of September 11th. Youth Weightlifting – Built for teens 13+, youth weightlifting is the essential program for a developing teen who wants to get strong and learn how to do it right. Krystykka's experience in Olympic lifting and functional training cannot be matched and will prepare teens for a strong foundation in a healthy lifestyle and great form they can take with them as they grow and prepare for life. Peronal Training – If you'd like a more personalized approach, reach out to our Personal Trainers. Each member recieves a free Jump Start assessment with their membership. Let a Personal Trainer point you in the right direction to begin your fitness journey.

Group Fitness – Group Finess is included in every membership and is a great way to stick to a fitness regimen, with friends and instructors to cheer you on.
