We have a lot of activities and celebrations planned throughout December and we look forward to celebrating with you. We are continually committed to your well-being and have great things ahead to help your holidays be merry and your new year be healthy.

The group fitness instructors, kids club, and staff will be counting down to Christmas starting Tuesday, December 12th. We hope you join us, any day you can, and let your holiday spirit shine!
Thanksgiving is over, Christmas is on its way, and New Years is fast approaching. The holidays are officially here, and schedules are getting busier. December is the perfect time to come and try out 4300' Strength & Conditioning. This amazing group of people helps hold each other accountable and motivated! 4300'SC uses a variety of modalities such as weight training, plyometrics, conditioning, functional movements, and gymnastics to keep your workouts constantly varied with high and low intensity workouts. Les Mills' Strength Development is a series of resistance training workouts that have been carefully designed to build strength in phases, based on strength and conditioning science. We have just completed our first 12-week session and the results were amazing!
From Strength Development Participants:
"I liked the heavier weight with less reps, and it also had more cardio intermixed than I thought. I could see my progression a lot quicker than with any other class I've taken at the club. I lost body fat percentage and can noticeably lift more weight in other classes."

Strength Development is a 12-week program of 45-minute training, 2 times per week. It is offered as a small group training session with a max size of 10 participants. Coached by some of our most seasoned trainers (McKenna Martin, Camille Kent, Nicole McConkie, and Mickenzie Brooks), this small group size provides individualized attention and coaching to help you find great form and maximize your results. The program includes simple nutrition guidance and goal tracking, together with pre- and post-session body fat testing. Jump start 2024 with a 12-week commitment to your health and strength. The total cost of the 12-week program is $195, billed at $65/month. The program starts January 1st/2nd and runs through March 20th/21st.
