Starting February 5th, 'HIIT' your winter training into high gear. Join our 8-week challenge to complete at least 2 of 3 HIIT workouts per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:30 – 6:00 AM. This FREE 30-minute training regimen will smash your results and get you in incredible shape. It is especially effective for athletes young and old(er) *. The schedule:

What is HIIT training? High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is any workout that involves short, intense bursts of effort followed by periods of recovery. The idea is that you go as hard as you possibly can for a short time, rest and then do it again. The intense intervals, particularly the use of the recoveries, allow you to keep reaching your maximum training zone, which is where the results kick in.
If you've reached a fitness plateau, LES MILLS GRIT provides the challenge and intensity you need to take your fitness up a notch. With just a few short sessions a week you can rapidly improve aerobic fitness and increase athleticism. You'll unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, which is key to burning fat.**

Valentine's Day Protein Bites
200 g Old Fashion Oats
250 g Peanut Butter
170 g Honey
120 g Coconut Milk |
60 g Lily's White Chocolate Baking Chips
2 g salt
40 g sprinkles
100 g Vanilla Protein* |
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Use a baking scoop and weigh each ball to be 30 g. Sore in an airtight container and enjoy! *I use Refuel Vanilla Milkshake protein for all my recipes.
