It's time to rethink New Year's resolutions. What if instead of focusing on weight loss, you focused on mindset? Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are a veteran, we have something for you this month.


Fitness newbies, check out this beginner class, offered Mondays and Thursdays. Each class session you will get a 30-minute workout and learn the ins and outs of one of our regularly offered classes. Learn how to set up a Body Pump bar and what weight to use. See how you can best modify a BodyAttack or BodyCombat class to feel successful. Try out our spin bikes and learn how to fit the bike to you to have an enjoyable ride that's perfect for your fitness level. The best part yet, enjoy all this in a group setting with people just like you, and it's free!


"Work Hard, Party Harder"? On January 14th and 15th that's exactly what we plan to do! Join us for a fitness party as we launch our new Les Mills workouts.

Do you love the group atmosphere, but want to challenge yourself with some more intense weight training than group fitness offers? Then 4300' Sports Conditioning is where you want to be. It's just a bunch of normal people…doing pretty cool things. We believe in supporting everyone through their journey, checking egos at the door, and becoming the best version of yourself.

As everyone starts to set their New Year's resolutions, now is the perfect time to come try out 4300'SC and see how we can help you reach your goals for 2022. Let us take care of programming your workouts, and we will get you in and out of the club in an hour. Our first youth strength & conditioning session of the year starts soon! This class utilizes functional movements, speed and agility, conditioning, and weight training to provide the perfect base to elevate your kids to their fullest potential! This class provides the perfect combination to improve your child's skills during the off-season.

8-11 yrs - 4-5pm
12+ yrs - 5-6pm


Youth weightlifting and strength training has been shown to reduce the risk of injury, improve joint flexibility, core strength, and improve sports performance. Our youth 4300 weightlifting class is the best way to create a great foundation for the future, build strength, build confidence, and build resilience in youth athletes.

Ready for a more individualized exercise plan? We have a great set of personal trainers ready to help you with your individual goals and needs. Contact Haley at [email protected] and she can get you hooked up with the right trainer for you!


Krystykka has perfected an approach to training clients that builds confidence as well as strength. The customized workouts she writes are challenging yet empowering. However, the key element is her encouragement and positive energy. I look forward to my continued progress with her guidance!

The kids club will be holding a show and tell Wednesday, Jan. 19th for kids under 3 years old. On Friday, Jan. 21st it will be for kids 3 years and older. This will be for both AM and PM hours. Please make sure your show and tell is small enough to fit in a backpack and not extremely expensive, something you wouldn't mind them playing with around other children. Also, please no living animals, your favorite pet isn't invited to play this time.


Is there a better way to spend your Martin Luther King Jr. Day off from school than in an epic dodgeball tournament battle? Bring your "A Game" and your best buddies and get ready to dominate. Must be at least 6 years old to participate. There will be games at both 10AM and 7PM.
