4300' YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our only youth strength and conditioning class of the summer will be in June! This class is a great way to keep kids active while improving their skills. This class combines functional movements, speed and agility, conditioning, and weight training to provide the perfect base to elevate your kids to their fullest potential!

3 Weeks | June 6 - June 22
Tuesday & Thursday - 11AM - 12NOON
$55 for OAC members
**Ages 8-12yrs only

4300' YOUTH WEIGHTLIFTING

Our only youth weightlifting class of the summer will be in June! Youth weightlifting and strength training has been shown to reduce risk of injury, improve joint flexibility, core strength, and improve sports performance. Our 4300 Youth Weightlifting class is the best way to create a great foundation for the future, build strength, build confidence, and build resilience in youth athletes.

3 Weeks | June 5 - June 21
Monday & Wednesday - 11AM - 12NOON
$55 for OAC members

Summer tennis lessons and programs started this week. If you are interested in getting your kids active this summer, tennis is a fun and easy way to start. We have classes for all levels and age groups. Grab a sign-up sheet in the tennis lounge to get your kids signed up today!

Starting June 26th, we will be offering 6 weeks of Free Youth Group Fitness classes. They will be held 2x a week in the downstairs basketball courts next to the slide room. Let your kids enjoy a fun class while you get your workout! Ages 6 to 12.

Monday & Wednesday | June 26th – August 2nd
10:00-10:30 AM

Mondays – Crazy Kid Fitness | Fun challenges for every fitness level!
Wednesdays – Kids Yoga | Balance, Stretch and Strengthen your way to success!

(Youth 12 and older are welcome to join our regular group fitness classes with adult supervision. Youth high school age and older may attend without a parent.)

Join us Saturday July 1st for our Group Fitness Launch Party! Get a hit of Group Fitness fun, celebrate our great country and our freedom to move on a day filled with fitness, prizes, and giveaways. Also, don't miss a secret Pop-Up Class you've never tried. We'll be slipping out more information throughout this month!

Spots are almost filled up for our first LWL class of the summer! LWL will have a 3 week session in June and a 3 week session in August. Ladies Who Lift is designed for women of all experience levels, whether you are brand new to lifting or have years of experience! LWL will help you learn proper technique, gain strength, build confidence, and create awesome friendships!
