The happiest people are the ones who make others happy. We like to think it's a two-way road, our trainers are happy, encouraging people, who work with happy and dedicated members. This dynamic combination has resulted in the Ogden Athletic Club being named Best of State for Personal Training for the fourth time in the last five years. We invite you to get to know our award-winning team!
The Ogden Athletic Club provides everything you need to get fit, but sometimes you need more than just the tools. You need the knowledge to do it right and someone there to keep you accountable. That's where our trainers shine and can elevate your gym experience from ordinary to life changing. Meet our 9 trainers and identify which trainer is the best match for you.
Name: Haley Lythgoe

Specific Services Offered: Personal Training, Nutrition Guidance
Professional Affiliations and/or Memberships: Member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
We were truly fortunate when we first joined the Ogden Athletic Club to receive Haley as our Personal Trainer. We were so impressed at that time with her kindness and expertise. She developed a customized plan for each of us and guided us through the proper way to perform each of the exercises. We absolutely loved working with her.
We are so happy to be training again with Haley after the pandemic. Haley is very competent, friendly, and amazing as a coach. Her style is to encourage and inspire. We always do more with her help than we would on our own. She is an outstanding athlete, but never intimidates or pressures us to go beyond our personal limits. Rather, she listens and knows exactly what to do to compensate, protect the body, or a better way to work around issues, to strengthen, heal, and improve.
We returned to the club after the pandemic, with back and knee issues. Lori was to the point of avoiding stairs. But after one training session with Haley, her knees DO NOT hurt to climb stairs. We appreciate her clinical expertise to know just how to help us improve.
Her core work ethic is to make life better for her clients outside the gym. She is genuinely concerned about our well-being and wants us to be strong and active. We give her our highest recommendations from her skills as a personal trainer to our friendship and love for her. She is just the best!

"I love my personal trainer Krystykka. I'm 80 years old. I am in better shape due to her and the workout program that she has designed for me than I have been in many years. When I began working with her several years ago I had problems getting in and out of my car, getting up off the floor, or getting in and out of my chair which is where I spent most of my time. I can now get in and out of my car with no problems, up from the floor without assistance or holding onto anything, hold a walking pace I never could before, and I consider my arms and legs to be pretty strong now! I know by now without the training I would be in much worse shape. I love our twice a week sessions. Besides being a great coach, Krystykka is a wonderful person, offering to help me in any way she can. I would give up other things long before I would ever give up my fitness routine with Krystykka. I wish to stay independent as long as possible!"
