TO ''ADD" SOMEONE TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP

State that you would like to "add" the following people to your·membership -
List the COMPLETE name and BIRTHDATE of each person.
They will be added to your· membership immediately at a prorated amount for the number of days remaining in the current month (Cost is $36.60/monthly (plus tax) for each additional Adult (over 18) and $25.05/monthly (plus tax) for each additional Child.
TO "REMOVE" SOMEONE FROM YOUR MEMBERSHIP

State that you would like to "remove" the following people -
List the COMPLETE name of each person. (they will be removed effectively on the next billing).
TO "HOLD or FREEZE" A MEMBERSHIP
To put your membership on "HOLD" (everyone on the membership is placed on hold}

State that you would like to hold your membership, indicating the number of months (up to 4 months per calendar year). There is a $10 charge per month (for a medical/injury, the holding fee may be waived with a doctor's note). All "Holds" are effective on the next billing cycle (i.e., email was received on May 9, the hold would be effective on June 1).
Billing Automatically begins at the end of the hold period. Time on hold docs do not count towards your 12-month agreement.
To reactivate you membership early, send an email to the address listed above. Your membership will be reactivated immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month.
REMOVE SERVICE OR PROGRAM
(i.e., Jr. Tennis, Personal Training, Childcare, and Locker)
1. Email [email protected] stating which service/program you would · like to remove.
2. Changes will be effective on the next billing cycle.
(Billing is on the first of each month)
TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

State that you would like to cancel your membership.
Please include the reason for the cancellation.
Cancellation will be effective 30 days from the date we receive your request (you will be billed a final prorated amount). Everyone on the membership will be canceled, along with all services, programs, and lockers.
If you have not completed your 12-month agreement, an early termination fee will apply ($180/Family, $130/Couple,· $75/Single plus tax). If your account has been on hold, the time on hold does not count towards the 12-month agreement.
If you move 15 miles or more from the Club, the early termination fee may be waived upon receipt of proof of move (proof of move is a document listing your name and new address.)
