Welcome to Junior Fitness Fun!

Attention all young fitness enthusiasts! Here’s the scoop on how you can get your sweat on at our amazing Club:

Elementary Schoolers—Listen Up!

Little ones in elementary school (K-5th) will need to wait a bit longer to join the fitness fun. The fitness centers are exclusive spaces for older kids!

Co-Ed Fitness Area Fun!

If you’re in 6th grade or older, you’re invited to join the co-ed fitness area – but first, you need to embark on an adventure called the Junior Fitness Program!  For just $10, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the machines, master safety tips, and become the ultimate fitness center etiquette guru! Once you're ready, come find our friendly Front Desk for more info, and let the gains begin!

Kids Fitness Weight Room Policy

Here’s the scoop for Junior High (6th-8th) students:

  • First off, complete that awesome Fitness Training Program.

  • You can rock the cardiovascular equipment only during these hours:

    Monday-Friday: 3:30-5:30 PM or Saturday & Sunday: 12:00-4:00 PM

  • And of course, weight resistance equipment is always ready for you!

High School Members

Calling all high schoolers: you’re free to workout in the co-ed or women’s fitness centers anytime you like! Feel the burn and embrace your inner champion!

Personal Training Power

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? OAC is excited to offer Personal Training for all members over age 12! Just reach out to our Fitness Department or connect with the fabulous Haley Clause to discover the days, prices, and times that fit your schedule.

Ready to try Group Fitness classes?

Junior fitness friends under 6th grade can only join special classes designed just for them. If you’re in 6th-8th grade, don’t forget to bring a parent to supervise while you join a class. High schoolers (9th grade and up) are welcome to dive into all group classes!

4300' SC - Youth Weightlifting 
Youth weightlifting and strength training has been shown to reduce the risk of injury, improve joint flexibility, core strength, and improve sports performance. Our 4300 Youth Weightlifting class is the best way to create a great foundation for the future, build strength, build confidence, and build resilience in youth athletes. Our first youth weightlifting class of 2024 starts Monday, January 15!
